This is it! After all your preparation and long travels, you found it! Picture your retreat in this new architecturally designed home, situated in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is placed back from the beach providing a fenced beach-side play area and privacy from the beach walkers and neighbors while still maintaining ocean views throughout the home.
The entry court, with a 2-car garage and parking for 3 more cars and a boardwalk meandering through the garden court, virtually excludes the site and sound of autos to the interior. The grounds are substantially landscaped to provide you a Hawaiian paradise oasis. The main house, swimming pool court and sleeping huts are heavy timber pavilions designed in the Polynesian style. The pool includes a wading deck. The broad overhanging roof allows outdoor living by providing shade, eliminating glare and providing protection from showers. Natural ventilation and sea breezes cool the interior of the home. The large vaulted ceiling living center of the house has an open seating area with TV system, large dining table and sleek kitchen with bar seating and the latest appliances. Two glass walls fully open to provide outdoor living indoors. The pool court has a dining table outside with an ocean backdrop.
The master bedroom with its large lanai is to die for with grand views of the ocean and the mountains behind. The secondary sleeping facilities consist of: 2 ocean view queen guest suites with private sinks and toilets and a shared shower; 3 additional bedrooms (1 queen with twin, 1 queen and a 4-person bunk room) share a large bath with tub, large shower and 2 separate sink and toilet compartments. Facilities include swimming pool, outdoor showers and foot baths, covered gas BBQ, low hammock, tiki torches, and outdoor storage with beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrellas and toys.
