Beach Condo

The Beach Condo in Punalu’u was recently renovated and has a full kitchen, year-round safe ocean conditions, wrap around lanai, in-unit washer/dryer.  The condo grounds feature a small gym, swimming pool, BBQ area with picnic tables and 24 hour security. This beach condo is located in Punalu’u along a secluded, sandy beach lined with coconut palms and ironwood trees.  Safe year-round ocean conditions are ideal for snorkeling, kayaking, swimming and children.  The condo grounds feature a gym with weights, cycle machines and treadmill, as well as a swimming pool, BBQ area, picnic tables and 24 hour security. The Beach Condo was completely renovated in April 2006.  Located on the fourth floor, this studio unit sleeps two in the sleeping area. There’s an additional sleeping area with a second pull-out twin bed for a third guest.  The wrap-around lanai provides another 200 sq. ft. for dining, reading or just enjoying the mountain and ocean and views. Fully equipped kitchen is fully equipped. Other amenities include: linens, beach towels, in-unit washer/dryer, phone with free local calls, cable TV and free general-use parking.
