Brand new detached cottage with beach access immediately adjacent to the home. All new: Bedroom, Living Room and 2/3 Kitchen including stovetop and refrigerator. Completely classic and comfortable design with high ceilings, new Hawaiian furnishings and decor. Peaceful hideaway steps to the beach and within walking distance to Kailua town with shops, cafes and local business.

Can be rented in conjunction with Naupaka Hale main house which is the detached beachfront main home with sole rights to the gardens, yard, and pool.

Disclaimer: There is a public beach access which runs immediately adjacent to the home. The Canoe Club uses this access for early morning practice. The paddling season runs from the beginning of May until the end of July.
